LIBERTY C.A.R.E.S.
Liberty C.A.R.E.S. is a group of volunteers dedicated to providing Compassion, Assistance, Resources, Encouragement, and support to any in the Liberty Church family who are experiencing a need. We strive to demonstrate by our actions the heart of Jesus found in Matthew 25:35. We offer the gift of love and compassion for our brothers and sisters at Liberty through personal presence and resources at a time of personal pain.
Bereavement
Providing support after the death of a loved one through funeral planning and comfort during the grieving process. GriefShare, offered twice a year, involves structured group support over a 13 week period.
Couples Thrive 360
Premarital wedding planning and counsel as well as ongoing mentoring for couples entering marriage or experiencing periodic challenges in their relationships.
Symbis is an assessment of the current health of your relationship. With your Certified Facilitator, you learn tools to better understand, strengthen, and improve your relationship. At this time Symbis is only available to Liberty Attenders. Critical Care
Offering a bridge to resources, as well as support and assistance as needed, related to a medical crisis and/or a serious or sudden illness.
Hospital/ Homebound Visits
Presenting the gift of personal presence while ministering hope and encouragement to the hospitalized or those who have become homebound due to illness or advancing age.
Maintenance
Skilled tradespersons donating resources for minor emergency home repairs to those living on fixed or limited incomes.
Pastoral Care and Biblical Encouragement
Providing compassion, comfort, and Biblical direction regarding life's challenges. These services can be accessed in the Liberty Church offices or by phone, 707.425.9673.
